I'm not an expert but from research, it seems to be made of Cotton Oilskin. The inner circumference is 21" and I posted a picture of the width and length. NOTE: 21" is on the smaller size for hats. Wrap a string around your head for size comparison! Stop faffing about and buy this hat! (Had to throw some Aussie slang in. I couldn't resist)
