Skirt is black form fitting and should come to the knee or just above the knee depending on your height. Completely lined. Fabric is 95% polyester 5% Spandex Lining: 100% Polyester. Label is Adrianna Papell. Excellent condition with no issues. Size 12 but please check the measurements carefully. Keep in mind there is a great deal of stretch to this fabric. bust 38"
