I would be pairing with my campus boots and rocking it for the rest of my life. Beautiful woven of a cotton, acrylic, wool, poly, nylon blend. If it didnt have the tag I would have thought it was cotton wool by the feel. Waist on skirt is 26. Length: 27. Vest with 3 opening in front pit to pit is 16. Can be open more as seen on my mannequin. Mannequin is about a 4.
