For modern graded cards (anything from Sword & Shield era forward), the selection is strong
A good deck focuses on just a few strategies, instead of having lots of different cards and no real plan
Though Colorless could technically be seen to be a Basic Energy and it is, after all, a Pokemon type in and of itself (representing the video games Normal, Flying and Dragon type Pokemon) there are only Special Colorless Energy cards, not Basic
In addition, it is also unclear whether the cards specifically will continue to serve as a key representative cultural asset of the franchise, even if the brand retains relevance
Any additional effects or costs the cards may have will ultimately influence their final score, but what I mainly care about is how good they are at making you draw cards
