Hes not looting away cards, which unfortunately doesnt do much for graveyard-based decks like Jace did, but the enchantment he transforms into is arguably stronger than Jaces Planeswalker side
My biggest gripe is that it can only be activated as a sorcery, which I definitely understand from a balance perspective, but that does prevent some interesting interactions on a more defensive stance
However, these B Tier decks can usually stand up against A Tier decks and have good matchups against some of them
