You need the card to survive in order to assess how effectively it is contributing to the win

The card itself is a definite bomb in the context of a Starter Kit battle, but the Witch-king, Bringer of Ruin isnt too powerful in a Commander setting

A lot of players build aggro white decks with Isamaru, Hound of Konda

Fisher's Talent is an expensive investment for what it does in the first couple modes, and if you get it into play early you aren't likely to invest more mana into in to gain levels until late enough in the game that it loses value

As such, banking on this card now doesnt seem particularly viable

It is still a very casual build
