Opening booster packs adds an element of randomness to your deckbuilding, but with things like Secret Packs to help you narrow in on the deck you want to build, you shoiuldn't really have to use your Craft Points to make the majority of a deck.
The idea/hope is that one of two things will happen: The cleanest ones will be PSA 10 contenders if/when they become worth grading Selling complete common/uncommon/rare sets in pack fresh condition gets more profitable as the set ages So far both have happened for my older bulk
