Mana Crypt On every MTG banlist except for Commander (it's also only Restricted in Vintage) Mana Crypt is an absurdly strong MTG mana ramp card

So with these cards in your deck, youll be fine

I recommend keeping Rayquaza on the bench until the mid-game and letting Drampa or Dragonair soften enemies up a bit, then bringing out Rayquaza once it has some energy on it or until you can have it target a powerful enemy Pokemon
