Having a way to combo off and generate absurd amounts of mana in the command zone that also has a win condition stapled to it is firmly in the high end of Bracket 3 or just straight up Bracket 4 or higher, based on the cards you end up including in the deck

It only takes four swings with a 4/4 flier to end the game, after all

Creatures can still attack you even if you have protection from their controller, although any damage they would deal to you will be prevented
