and then lovely pale yellow embroidery along the edges of the two-lay inside end pages with fancy knots binding them together

including that fantastic pure pattern of the rug beside her bed

Handmade Notebook with Lots of Animal Drawings porcelain cricket box which appears to have beenThis is a very charming small notebook filled largely with graphite drawings of animals, plus a watercolor cow on the cover, a couple of pages of clipped prints, and a print on pink paper on the back cover: "No Breakfast for Growler!" Personally, I think the drawing of the elk with sea behind him and the drawing of the two lions in the forest are small masterpieces, so I've shown them first; otherwise photo following the pages in order. 5 7 8" x 3 15
