Mesta Organic Garnacha Producer_Gosset resulting in a naturally sweetMesta is modern range of organically and sustainably grown single varietal wines from the fashionable DO Ucls area in central Castile. Organically grown Garnacha grapes are harvested from high altitude vineyards in the early morning. Destalked, lightly crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 8 10 days, and no oak used to achieve pure expression. A juicy, fleshy unoaked red wine, showing great purity and typicity of high altitude
