I've seen a few of this sort of tree trunk or limb boxes around

which led me to learn that images of babies spilling and dropping things (usually in tears) seems to have been a bit of a thing in the early years of the 20th century

Eskimo Art at the Artisans, Newbury Street 1970s Poster guignol characters If not to be wornThis striking poster dates to the earlyish 1970s I believe, from an exhibition of "Eskimo Art" at the Artisans, a shop and gallery at 165 Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay, which may, but I am not certain, have had an affiliation with the Society of Arts and Crafts, the address of which I believe was 175 Newbury Street at the time. While there is a bit of damage on the bottom edge, I think it's just a stunning thing that I think I would never tire
