I just love old sample cards like this, especially much handled ones with handwritten numbers and notes on them. This one was produced by the United States Fastener Company located on Milk Street in Boston whose work clearly involved holding all sorts of things together! c. 1920s 40s I believe, with a very satisfying reverse
