Perusini Ribolla Gialla SCOTTISH 1x Mr Filbert's Nuts (110g)Made with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees. Bright straw yellow in colour with golden highlights. The aroma is fruity with notes of pear and yeast. On the palate, it's savoury and complex with a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif. Try with seafood or shellfish.
