This limited edition, available in just 300 bottles this year, is crafted from a blend of European Oak, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, and Port Pipe casks. Cinnamon and ginger, with burnished oak leading to dried raisins and sultanas. Bold wood spices combine with citrus and dark fruit, finishing with soft notes of aniseed, liquorice, and sweet oak.
