A2 Desi Bilona Ghee - 470 gm / 520 ml Grocery black powder made from carbon-richWeight: 470 gms (~520 ml). Packaged in reusable steel water bottle. Ghee made from A2 milk of desi cow breeds allowed to freely graze in the pastures near the forest of western ghat near Chikkamagalur district of Karnataka. The milk is fermented before churning butter and hence referred to as Bilona. Approximately 25 liters of milk yields 1 kg of ghee. It is pure ghee without addition of turmeric or other regionally used spices.
